Within the group, Wizenco is the media buying agency. It supports international clients such as Tencent, The Pokémon Company, IO Interactive, Dotemu, and Bandai Namco, deploying online and offline marketing strategies with a strong focus on performance and ROI.

Missions

🚀 Media Buying – Programmatic & Social Media (~60%) 

This is the core of the role. You will manage and optimize media campaigns for major international entertainment clients, including a strong proportion of gaming companies. 

  • Building media plans, defining audiences and messaging 

  • Managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, DV360…) 

  • Managing budgets across multi-channel strategies (performance, awareness, consideration) 

  • Monitoring and managing KPIs: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPV, CPL, CPA 

  • Campaign optimization: targeting, formats, messaging, bidding strategies 

  • Setting up and verifying tracking systems (pixels, conversions, events) 

  • Implementing advanced testing strategies (A/B testing on visuals, hooks, formats, audiences) 

  • Active monitoring of platform updates, creative trends, and media innovations 

 

📊 Analysis & Performance (~30%) 

You will actively contribute to the overall performance of client accounts and to the quality of insights delivered to clients

  • In-depth analysis of media performance 

  • Reading and interpreting KPIs 

  • Identifying insights and developing actionable recommendations 

  • Building and improving reporting frameworks 

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of analysis and tracking methodologies 

 

🤝 Client Relationship & Collaboration (~10%) 

You will interact directly with clients. 

  • Participating in performance reviews and strategic recommendations 

  • Supporting client communications (email, Slack, calls) 

  • Managing certain client relationships autonomously 

  • Working closely with internal teams (media, data, creative, development) 

  • Understanding and integrating clients’ business and marketing objectives 

Profil

Reporting to the Head of Performance & Strategy, you will join a growing team with a strong operational impact. 

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Digital Marketing, Communication, Web Marketing, E-Business, Management, or equivalent 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Paid Media (5 years recommended

  • Advanced expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory

  • Programmatic experience strongly appreciated 

  • Experience with OOH & DOOH appreciated 

  • Good understanding of tracking ecosystems (pixels, events, conversions) 

  • Experience managing significant budgets and multi-channel strategies 

  • Strong performance mindset and data-driven approach 

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) 

  • Operational autonomy, rigor, and prioritization skills 

  • Strong interest in the gaming industry 

  • Experience in gaming user acquisition (UA) is a plus
